Chris Reese, MBA

An Organizational Transformation & Post-merger Integration Professional for over 20 years, Chris has lead organizational transformation for hundreds of organizations across 4 continents.

While Chris has a deep background in telecommunications, he has helped clients succeed in manufacturing, distribution, travel, and professional services. A strong believer in creating a healthy business culture, Chris uses a proven system developed over decades to help business leaders minimize the drama and get what they want out of their business.

Chris studied biology at Abilene Christian University and Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, accounting at the University of Texas at Arlington, and earned his MBA at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business. When not helping other organizations, he’s busy investing in his family, helping men become better husbands, fathers and leaders, and teaching graduate classes in entrepreneurship as an adjunct professor at Brenau University.

DUSTIN STAIGER, PMP

Dustin helps marketing technology and business strategies work together to produce results for clients. His background as a creative director, marketing executive, and business management consultant bring incredible value to each project. His experience ranges from creating national television ads to consulting on crisis communications during the Gulf oil spill response.

As an experienced digital marketing and branding professional, Dustin holds certifications in marketing, project management, change management and human performance improvement.

TIM ALIGHERI

Aligheri is an award-winning information technology leader and has proven success in product innovation, entrepreneurship, and product development in the healthcare industry over the past 30 years.  He has been recognized for combining original conceptual creativity with technology, to design successful cloud and web-based technology.  Tim’s experience includes executive positions at Jackson Healthcare, HealthPort (now CIOX), Per-Se Technologies (now McKesson), Cox Interactive Media (now CoxMedia), MedAssets (now nThrive) and McKesson.

In a recent role as CTO for Jackson Healthcare, he oversaw all product development for internal and external software solutions including telemedicine, CRM/ATP, physician portals, and SaaS applications.   While at Jackson Healthcare, he determined the overall strategic direction of product development and upheld the company’s position at the forefront of technology by focusing on product architecture and user design.

A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Aligheri completed Villanova University’s Six Sigma Black Belt training.

When not helping organizations, he is having fun with his family, shepherding at his church, and working with non-profit organizations in Atlanta.
